Terms for TRS Mobile Tire Shop service requests, mobile tire service, and service-related customer communications.

Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply to the website, estimate requests, service communications, and mobile tire or roadside services provided by TRS Mobile Tire Shop (Tony's Roadside Services).

By using the website, submitting a service request, scheduling service, or communicating with TRS, you agree to these terms.

SMS Terms & Conditions

Program description

TRS Mobile Tire Shop sends service-related customer care text messages about estimate requests, appointment scheduling, dispatch, ETA updates, service status, follow-up, and support.

Opt-in

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on the estimate form and submitting your request, by texting TRS directly, or by otherwise asking TRS to communicate with you by text about your service request.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your request, appointment status, and service needs. A single service request may require multiple texts.

Fees

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opt-out

Reply STOP to any TRS text message to opt out. After you opt out, TRS may send one confirmation message and then stop sending text messages unless you opt in again.

Consent

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. You can still request service by calling TRS.

Estimates and service requests

  • Website estimates are preliminary and may change based on location, vehicle condition, tire availability, service access, safety conditions, and the final service requested.
  • Tire cost may be separate from the labor/mobile service estimate unless TRS confirms otherwise in writing.
  • Submitting a request does not guarantee availability, dispatch, arrival time, or final pricing until TRS confirms the details.

Appointments, deposits, and payment

  • Scheduled appointments may require a deposit before dispatch or service reservation.
  • Payment is due when service is completed unless TRS approves another arrangement.
  • Additional policies for deposits, emergency service, highway service, and workmanship coverage are listed on the service policies page.

Safety and access

  • TRS may delay, modify, or decline service when a vehicle location is unsafe or inaccessible.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate location details, safe vehicle access, and permission for TRS to perform the requested service.
